Plesk, CBM, and SSO are successfully installed, but initial configuration of CBM fails with this error:
Connecting Business Manager to the SSO service....................
The 'sso.php' utility was failed with the unknown message: Server error (code 500): Exception with message 'Can not parse server's certificate.' caught at top level. (HTTP code: 500).

During installation, the server hostname was not configured, and this led to an incorrect certificate being generated.

1. Download the sw-sso package:

2. Remove the installed sw-sso package:
# rpm -e --nodeps sw-sso

3. Remove the old certificates:
# rm -f /etc/sso/*.pem

4. Reinstall the sw-sso package:
# rpm -i sw-sso-2.12-12053113.noarch.rpm
For other Unix OSes, you need to select different distributives. The proper URL can be found in the Parallels Installer logs.
