A server with the "vzpkg" proxy has been configured in accordance with guides, and is functioning. But from time to time, I get these errors:
[root@mypvc ~]# vzpkg update cache centos-5-x86_64
Update OS template cache for centos-5-x86_64 template
Error: curl : curl: (7) couldn't connect to host
Error: curl failed, exitcode=7
Error: Can not load mirrorlists: $SW_SERVER/download/mirrors/centos-5

When this happens, it is not possible to connect to the proxy server on port 8080.

The problem is probably occurring whenever the MaxClients limit is reached. This value defines the maximum allowed number of simultaneous connections.

Check the Apache error log, /var/log/httpd/error_log, to see if there are errors like the following:
[error] server reached MaxClients setting, consider raising the MaxClients setting [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
If you find such errors, increase the MaxClients value in /etc/httpd/conf.d/swtune.conf.
