Containers have the same MAC address as the Hardware Node. It is necessary for each container to have its own unique MAC ID.


This is the designed behavior when a container uses the host-routed networking mode.


If you want each container to have a unique MAC, switch the container's networking mode to bridged. You can follow the directions in this article, and you can refer this documentation as well.
