Files exported from phpMyAdmin may contain error messages if exported data order was changed:

-- Error reading data: (#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE ( = 1) OR ( = 2) ORDER BY ASC' at line 2)

The problem is caused by bug #3797 in phpMyAdmin which results in wrong syntax for export SQL statement.
