When opening domain or subscription in Parallels Plesk Panel interface, blank screen is displayed.


The problem may be caused by missing record in table smb_users for customer, who owns subscription. To check if this is the reason, log into Parallels Plesk Panel database (see KB article for information how to access Plesk database) and perform query:

mysql> select, c.login, from domains d, clients c 
    -> left join smb_users u on (u.ownerId = and c.login = u.login) 
    -> where d.cl_id = and is null;
| name          | login     | id   |
| customer1.tld | customer1 | NULL |
1 row in set (0.00 sec)

If resulting set of rows is not empty, this means that resolution, described in this article, applies.


Go to Customers > customer and press Edit Contact Info and then press OK (updating customer personal information is optional). Control panel user will be created in table smb_users.
