Symptoms

You receive the Plesk on CloudLinux fatal exception on subscriptions with ipv6:
 
Internal error: Unable to start up Java application: Possible reason - Tomcat Java service is not currently running on the server

Resolution

None. Tomcat listens with ipv4 subscriptions only. The problem is that Panel uses the curl http://......:9080/manager connection to install and manage Tomcat applications. Therefore, on subscriptions with ipv6, there will be a Plesk fatal exception.
