The problem described in this KB article has been completely fixed since Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5 (see release notes).


Attempt to use "Forgot your password?" reminder from Parallels Plesk Panel login screen fails:

The operation you were performing failed. You can retry the operation with or without changing its parameters. You may also want to report this problem to our support so that we could help you as soon as possible.

The problem is caused by error in the product and has been fixed since Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5.


Switch Plesk database provider from MSSQL to MySQL using Plesk Reconfigurator. Instructions are available in article #5532.
