Auto-reply for a mailbox is enabled in Plesk, however when looking at the mailbox properties in the MailEnable Administrator interface, there is no auto-reply enabled.


Even though Plesk does not enable auto-reply in MailEnable by default, the autoresponder should work. Plesk uses an internal utility to send the messages/autoreply/carry out checking by antiviruses.

MailEnable calls the Plesk internal backend utility when a message is received/sent/delivered and Plesk performs all mail filtering and takes action.
