Plesk 9.x has reached End of Life and license keys of Plesk 9.x are no longer issued.

We have a plan with Plesk 9 and the license class for Plesk 9 is configured in the hosting plan. We have the subscription with Plesk 9 and the license. We need to upgrade to Plesk 11 and the Plesk license should be updated as well.

How can we upgrade Plesk 9 to Plesk 11 in Odin Business Automation Standard (OBAS)?

  1. Edit the Hosting plan and set the Plesk 9 template to not included but sellable for 0:

Go to Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > select plan > Applications

Also, uncheck the 'Included' checkbox next to the Plesk 9 application.

  2. Set the Plesk 9 license to not active and not sellable in the store.

  3. Add the Plesk 11 application as included on the plan.

  4. Configure the Plesk 11 license class and set the Plesk 11 license as included.

  5. Update the subscription to the latest plan version:

Go to Top > Billing Director > Product Manager > Hosting Plans > select plan > Subscriptions

During the update, Plesk in the container (and the related license) will be updated to the latest version.
