It is not possible to install an application after an upgrade to Parallels Plesk 11.5:
Unknown column 'T163798480.app_id' in 'on clause'
Tables in the
apsc database were not upgraded properly.
Run the following command:
# MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysql -uadmin -Dapsc -e "desc aps_resource"
If you do not see the
app_id field, the table was not upgraded correctly.
Make sure you have a pre-upgrade dump of the
apscdatabase in the folder
/var/lib/psa/dumps/. Create a backup of the
# MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysqldump -uadmin apsc > apsc.dump
Extract the archive:
# gzip -dc /var/lib/psa/dumps/mysql.preupgrade.apsc.[...some info here...].dump.gz > apsc.sql
Make sure that all the tables in the file have the storage engine innodb. If they do not, change the storage engine to innodb in this file:
# sed -e 's/MyISAM/InnoDB/g' apsc.sql > apsc_fixed.sql
Recreate a new
apscdatabase without tables:
# MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysql -uadmin mysql> drop database apsc; mysql> create database apsc;
Restore the tables from the pre-upgrade dump:
# MYSQL_PWD=`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` mysql -uadmin -Dapsc < apsc_fixed.sql
Run bootstrapper.sh repair:
For Plesk version 11.5.30:
# /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.5.30-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
For Plesk version 12.0.18:
# /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
