Creation of hosting subscription takes a lot of time in Plesk 11.5. Windows Task Manager shows a number of vhostmng.exe processes are stuck.


  1. Make sure that vhostmng.exe in %plesk_bin% directory has non-zero size and has product version 11.5.

  2. Go to %plesk_dir%\etc and make sure that there is no files with long names with digits like hosting_template.xml.f425c431-99cb-4111-9db2-fa893e01aebe. If such file is found, rename it from hosting_template.xml.f425c431-99cb-4111-9db2-fa893e01aebe to hosting_template.xml.


The root cause may be failed or not finished upgrade
