Description:

Info collector is utility for gathering info about system and installed Plesk Panel.
Benefits of using this tools for Plesk users are following:

- Collect Info Tool can be very useful for self-investigation - all gathered logs and necessary information can be found in one place (directory).
-
Plesk users can provide collected information for investigation on Parallels side in scope of forum discussions or Support Ticket submitting.
 
Utility has three working modes: brief, middle, full.
 
Modes description:
 
  brief:
      Gathering info which doesn't much time for collect one. It's a common info about system, system state and product such as: list of processes, load average, users, groups, mountpoints and disk usage,  main plesk configs etc..
 
  middle:
      Gathering info in this mode may spend a some time. It includes info about vhosts configurations, common info from plesk database and mail system. + brief information.
 
  full:
      Includes brief and middle modes + APSC and PSA databases dumps.
 
After info has been collected utility packs one into ZIP archive collect.zip and places it next to collect.sh script.

Interface:

Utility has a follow interface:
# ./collect.sh --help

USAGE:
./collect.sh [--mode=[brief|middlefull]]
./collect.sh [--mode=[brief|middlefull]]
./collect.sh --help

OPTIONS:
--mode Set required verbosity level. See MODES section
to get an additional info.
--help Show this message

MODES:
brief Short basic info.
middle Detailed info about system and product.
full Includes detailed info, product logs and database dumps
Execution ./collect.sh is equals to ./collect.sh --mode=middle.

Additional Info:

Utility is sorting info by follow directories:
  
   db - databases and tables dumps.
   system - all info related to common system parameters like processes, IP pool, users, groups etc..
   plesk - all info related to plesk configuration including webservers info, mailservers, components list etc...
 
In root directory you can get common info about OS, Product and Product key.
