I need to cancel my license for Modern Bill 4.x/5.x.


To have the license canceled, please

  • Login to Modern Bill Client Area at
  • If you do not remember login and/or password, use Forgot Password? option to retrieve the credentials
  • Go to Packages section and
  • Locate the appropriate license and click Manage/Get Support
  • Click Cancel

NOTE: If you are using monthly recurring license, it will be canceled on the next renewal date.

If the invoice for the nearest license renewal has already been generated, the license will be canceled only next month.
