Hardware Node crash due to mounted usb drive

Symptoms

Server crashes with the following messages in log:

Mounted usb device is presented on the node:

Cause

There is an issue, when usb device is unmounted - crash of the whole server is possible

Resolution

Current workaround is to avoid using usb devices.
