After Plesk upgrade to version 11.5, an attempt to recalculate statistics on domains shows the following error:

The system cannot find the path specified. (Error code 3) at Open file 'C:\Inetpub\vhosts\\.plesk\statistics\\webstat\CopyAWStats.lock'

  1. The upgrade was not fully completed and scripts for domain structure reconfiguration were not executed or did not finish.

  2. Incorrect removal of the domain.

  1. Open "Command Prompt" (Start > Run > cmd.exe) and run the following commands:

    cd "%plesk_cli%"
    repair.exe --update-vhosts-structure
    repair.exe --update-all-domains-web-stat
  2. If the problem is not resolved, check that the domain exists in Plesk and that the filesystem contains the following AWStats directory:

  3. Make sure that you have no logs and web_stat_executor.conf files for the domains in the following directory:

  4. If there is no such domain in Plesk but the directory exists on the filesystem, move/delete the domain directory from C:\inetpub\vhosts, since it was not properly removed when the domain was deleted from the Plesk.
