MailEnable autoresponder does not send an autoreply.
MTA settings were changed or configured manually.
Check the registry settings for the MTA Mailenable service. In the command line, type:
reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Mail Enable\Mail Enable\Agents\MTA" | findstr Pick
You will receive an output as below:
Pickup Event Enabled REG_DWORD 0x1 Pickup Event Timeout REG_DWORD 0xea60 Pickup Event Command Enabled REG_DWORD 0x0 Pickup Event Class Name REG_SZ pleskmemta.PleskMEMTA Pickup Event Class Enabled REG_DWORD 0x1 Pickup Event Command REG_SZ
If the output is different, please correct the MTA service settings in the registry (Start > Run > regedit.exe) as shown above.
