  1. Plesk integrated with Bussiness Manager shows the following error:

    Can not extract SAML message
  2. SSO log /var/log/sso/sso.log shows the following error:

Can not extract SAML message: Specified issuer (123qwe2s123qwe5wfti123qwej7123qwecaher) doesn't correspond to a registered SP

There are two possible causes:

  • Inconsistent information about user in SSO database.
  • CBM is not installed properly (or not installed at all).

Repair accounts in SSO database with command below:

/usr/share/plesk-billing/sso --command=repair-accounts

Alternatively, you can use the following command, it will repair SSO accounts, check SSO mode, connection between Business Manager and SSO, Panel administrator's credentials:

/usr/share/plesk-billing/integration --command=repair-all

If CBM is not installed (or SSO is not needed), one can simply disable it with the following command:

/usr/local/psa/bin/sso --disable

Plesk will no longer use SSO for its login page and no error should be shown.
