Plesk integrated with Bussiness Manager shows the following error:
Can not extract SAML message
/var/log/sso/sso.logshows the following error:
Can not extract SAML message: Specified issuer (123qwe2s123qwe5wfti123qwej7123qwecaher) doesn't correspond to a registered SP
There are two possible causes:
- Inconsistent information about user in SSO database.
- CBM is not installed properly (or not installed at all).
Repair accounts in SSO database with command below:
Alternatively, you can use the following command, it will repair SSO accounts, check SSO mode, connection between Business Manager and SSO, Panel administrator's credentials:
If CBM is not installed (or SSO is not needed), one can simply disable it with the following command:
Plesk will no longer use SSO for its login page and no error should be shown.
