Container in cloud storage in hanging on start. The process of
vzctl is locked in D state.

There is no space on Cloud storage.

There are two ways to resolve this issue:
Free some space on chunk servers
Just add one more chunk server with free space.
After implementing one of these actions reboot the server to apply changes.
