  1. Managing nodes and containers from PVA is very slow
  2. /var/log/pva/YYYY.MM.DD-vzagent.log (collected with log level increased to 5) contains the following message:

    P=VZLComputerManagerLocal [getNetwork] [getNetwork] finish hostname resolution with error code: 2

    (See this article to find instructions on increasing log level.)


DNS server is not properly configured (or not configured at all).


All nodes registered in PVA and PVA MN itself should be able to resolve their own hostname.

As an option - add hostname of the node to /etc/hosts file.
