Almost all disk space of the / partition is consumed by the data stored in /var/opt/pva/agent/dumps directory . Is it possible to safely remove these files to free up available disk space?

Yes, /var/opt/pva/agent/dumps contains core dumps that are created when PVA Agent process crashes, they contain debug information about the process failure at the very moment of the crash.

You can safely remove everything from /var/opt/pva/agent/dumps, except for 3-4 most recently created files.

Contact Parallels Support and provide these dumps to determine the exact reason behind the crashes.
