A site created with Parallels Web Presence Builder is published to domain
%domain.tld%. However the site is not available via URL
%domain.tld%where to the site is published is resolved to another IP Address.
[For Plesk and POA] Verify the domain name is resolved correctly - it should be resolved to the IP Address to which it's assigned in Plesk/POA. For Plesk:
[root@pp115 ~]# /usr/local/psa/bin/domain --info %domain.tld% | grep 'IP address' IP address: 10.39.86.14 [root@pp115 ~]# ping %domain.tld% PING DOMAIN.TLD (10.39.86.14) 56(84) bytes of data.
[Standalone] Verify the domain name is resolved to the same IP address as set in the site's publishing settings.
The IP address to which the website is bound is not accessible from outside or is functioning improperly. Get IP Address to which domain name
%domain.tld%is resolved on Parallels Web Presence Builder server:
[root@wpb_host ~]# ping %domain.tld% PING %domain.tld% (18.104.22.168) 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from %domain.tld% (22.214.171.124): icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.026 ms
Verify the IP Address is accessible from outside of local network:
[root@external ~]# ping 126.96.36.199 PING 188.8.131.52 (184.108.40.206) 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from %domain.tld% (220.127.116.11): icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.026 ms
Reconfigure domain DNS settings to make the domain be resolved correctly.
