It is needed to remove "Presence Builder Tool" from Plesk completely, customers do not use it.

It is not possible to remove it through GUI, because other major components are going to be removed by dependencies. How to do this safely?

There is no way to remove Presence Builder Tool from GUI or via CLI utilities.

However, is tan be disabled for customers via service templates, by setting the limit for Sites published with Presence Builder to 0.

Also, the following command can be used in order to set this limit for existing subscriptions (unless they are not already used):

mysql -Ns -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa -Ne" select from domains d JOIN Subscriptions s on ( and s.object_type='domain' and d.webspace_id=0) LEFT JOIN SubscriptionProperties sp on ( and'limitsId') LEFT JOIN Limits l on ( and'limitsId') where l.limit_name='max_site_builder' and l.value<>0;"|while read d;do /usr/local/psa/bin/domain_pref -u $d -max_site_builder 0;done
