A client tries to configure Online Store on his site. Following warning is shown in Parallels Web Presence Builder (WPB) interface when "Store ID" and "Owner's e-mail address" were entered and clicked "Apply":

Unexpected server behavior. For details, see the product's log files.
Please contact the server administrator.

The following error appears in WPB log file (sitebuilder.log):

Unable to Connect to ssl:// Error #0: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Temporary failure in name resolution


Unable to Connect to ssl:// Error #110: Connection timed out


'' is not resolved properly or is not accessible from the server where WPB is installed:

~# telnet 443


Verify that '' is resolved to IP Address - check /etc/hosts file and modify it if needed. Also the domain name is accessible on port 443 from the server:

~# dig +short
~# grep my.ecwid /etc/hosts
~# telnet 443
Connected to
Escape character is '^]'.

Verify your network settings to make the domain name be resolved and accessible.
