When I try to browse Mailenable webmail page, it fails with error 0x80070005 or does not load:

    HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized
You are not authorized to view this page due to invalid authentication headers.
    Detailed Error Information

Permissions issue for application pool user, it does not have permissions for IIS Temporary Compressed Files folder.

Give IME_ADMIN permission to access the following directory IIS Temporary Compressed Files:

  1. Open IIS Manager->Application pools->MailenableAppPool->check identity of application pool user. The most probably it will be IME_Admin user

  2. Open Security settings of folder C:\inetpub\temp\IIS Temporary Compressed Files and add read permissions for IME_Admin user for this folder
