After hardware node's reboot pstorage partition is not mounted:

[root@pcs ~]# mount | grep ^pstorage
[root@pcs ~]#

However, it is possible to mount pstorage by executing pstorage-mount command manually:

[root@pcs ~]# pstorage-mount /pstorage/spcs -c spcs
[root@pcs ~]# mount | grep ^pstorage
pstorage://spcs on /pstorage/spcs type fuse.pstorage (rw)
[root@pcs ~]#

Client is not properly configured on the host - corresponding record wasn't added to /etc/fstab file:

[root@pcs ~]# grep ^pstorage /etc/fstab
[root@pcs ~]#

Configure client role according to Documentation, make sure proper record is present in /etc/fstab:

[root@pcs ~]# grep pstorage /etc/fstab
pstorage://spcs /pstorage/spcs fuse.pstorage rw,nosuid,nodev 0 0
[root@pcs ~]#
