Statistics has stopped working on one particular service node. The statistics log file "/usr/local/psa/var/log/web_statistic_executor.last.log" is not being updated.


The necessary Cron task does not work or missing.


Statistics on service nodes are calculated using the "/etc/cron.daily/50plesk-webstat" cron script. Please ensure that the script is exists and the cron daemon works fine. If the script is missing, create it:

  1. Add the following lines to the /etc/cron.daily/50plesk-webstat file:

    ### Copyright 1999-2013. Parallels IP Holdings GmbH. All Rights Reserved.
    /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/web_statistic_executor > /usr/local/psa/var/log/web_statistic_executor.last.log
  2. Set the correct permissions:

    ~# chmod 755 /etc/cron.daily/50plesk-webstat
