  1. A container is in a frozen state for a long time, i.e. it is completely inaccessible on the network and all processes reside in D state, waiting to be released.
  2. There is a running backup operation for this container, the backup is being saved to a remote server.


The network communication is broken between parts of PVA Agent running on both nodes involved into the backup operation, leading to a deadlock situation. The issue is known under internal ID PVA-33520.


Limit the number of simultaneous backup operations on the storage node to 4-5 operations. Ensure that there is no software on the storage node that could block disk partitions from being written to.
