Unable to receive system events notifications configured in "Tools & Settings > Notification"
Check if 'psa.ServiceNodeConfiguration' table contains only the following entry only:

"%plesk_bin%"\dbclient.exe --direct-sql  --sql="SELECT * from ServiceNodeConfiguration" where section='MailGate';

serviceNodeId   section name    value
 1       MailGate        protocol   none 


The component 'External SMTP server' was configured in the system and incorrectly removed afterwardes, leaving the orphan entry (MailGate) in 'psa.ServiceNodeConfiguration' table.


Remove this extra entry from 'psa.ServiceNodeConfiguration' table

"%plesk_bin%"\dbclient.exe --direct-sql  --sql="delete from ServiceNodeConfiguration where section='MailGate'";
