It is not possible to restore domain with MS SQL database from command line. I get conflict:

%plesk_cli%\pleskrestore.exe --restore "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Backup\domains\domain.tld\domain.tld.xml" -level domains -debug -verbose

    <?xml version="1.0"?>
     <conflict id="1" guid="191543434035d913b14b2585f05fa">
          <db-server host=".\MSSQLSERVER2008" type="mssql" port="0"/>
         <option name="do-not-restore"/>
    Unable to resolve all conflicts

  1. Plesk license does not support MSSQL databases.

  2. MSSQL server is not installed.

  1. Make sure that Plesk license support MSSQL server, you can check it in Plesk Control Panel->Tools and Settings->License Management, option "Microsoft SQL Server support" should be On.

  2. Check that MSSQL server is installed:

    Plesk Control Panel->Tools and Settings->Server Components->SQL Server
