Plesk 11.5 for Windows. Standard forwarding does not apply to IIS settings. The destination addres configured in Plesk is http://newdomain.tld/path/to/redirect/ but if I go to IIS Manager -> domain.tld -> HTTP Rediect the old domain name is still persists:

 "%plesk_cli%repair.exe" --reconfigure-web-site -web-site-name domain.tld

and it did not help.

  2. Custom redirect is configured on the server lever. Open IIS Manager and go to "COMPUTER_NAME" -> HTTP Redirect

Rename the file C:\Inetpub\vhosts\forwarding\web.config to C:\Inetpub\vhosts\forwarding\web_renamed.config and reapply settings in Plesk Panel.
