Cause

The option for the module nf_conntrack is specified improperly in one of the files /etc/modprobe.conf, /etc/modprobe.d/*. For example it can be like this:

~# cat /etc/modprobe.conf
alias eth0 bnx2
alias eth1 bnx2
alias scsi_hostadapter megaraid_sas
alias scsi_hostadapter1 ata_piix
options ip_conntrack ip_conntrack_disable_ve0=0
options nf_conntrack nf_conntrack_disable_ve0=0
~#

Resolution

Correct the option name as outlined in the following KB articles, so it matches the defined for the module:

option nf_conntrack ip_conntrack_disable_ve0=0
