I cannot login to Business Manager, I get the following error:
The maximum number of failed login attempts is reached. Your account is temporarily locked. Please try again later or contact your service provider.
You tried to login to Business Manager with incorrect user or password several times and your account was temporary blocked due to Authentication policy.
Create backup of
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\MySQL\bin>mysqldump -uadmin -p"******" -P3306 billing > billing.dump
Billingdatabase and delete from "admin_login_attempts" table:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\MySQL\bin>mysql -uadmin -p"****" -P3306 billing mysql> delete from admin_login_attempts; Query OK, 5 rows affected (0.03 sec)
- If you need to modify maximum number of login attempts and lockout duration, please check it in Business Manager > All Settings > Authentication & Password Management and change settings there.
