Mail accounts with "Access to the Control Panel" option set cannot log into Panel if password is encrypted. The following error is displayed:

Error: You have entered incorrect username or password.

The users had an encrypted password before the upgrade.

The issue is considered to be a software issue, request ID is PPPM-1405, it will be fixed in future product updates.

NOTE: PLAIN authentication works without issues, even if passwords are encryped.

There is no workaround at the moment for this issue. The only resolution is to change the password for those users who have encrypted passwords before the upgrade.

To get a list of mail users with encrypted passwords:

mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` -Dpsa -e "select mail_name, as domain from accounts, mail,domains where dom_id = and mail.account_id = and type='crypt'"
