Installing an application template or a package inside the container fails with a similar error message:

Earlier versions of PVC had
apt-get tool with compiled-in value of
APT::Cache-Limit configuration variable. Recent versions of Debian and Ubuntu need more memory than the cmpiled-in value to process list of packages, and the limit is removed in the latter version of PVC.
