Login to Plesk Control panel shows the following error:

    Error: Unable to load object of type Notification with id=2: Unable to create Note object: Note: unable to select: no such row in the table

Information in Notifications and Notes tables are incorrect or these tables are empty.

  1. Log into server by SSH as root and create dump of Psa database:

    # mysqldump -uadmin -p` cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow ` psa > /tmp/psa.`date +%F`
  2. Login to Psa database and check Notifications and Notes tables:

    mysql> select * from Notifications;
    Empty set (0.00 sec)
    mysql> select * from Notes;
    Empty set (0.00 sec)
  3. If you see that they are empty as on example above, please restore these tables from Plesk database dump, located in /var/lib/psa/dumps/ or other Plesk database backup file.

Default dump of Notes and Notifications tables for Plesk 11.0 are attached to this article:

Please note: IDs and text from attached files can differ from your Plesk installations.

  1. Also make sure that there is no orphaned records in Notifications table:

    mysql> select * from Notifications where note_id not in (select id from Notes);
    Empty set (0.00 sec)

If the solution did not help, restore Plesk database from backup from step 1 and contact Parallels Technical Support.
