Red Hat (which PCS is based on) does not ship native OpenGL libraries, but does ship the Mesa libraries: an MIT licensed implementation of the OpenGL specification.

mesa-libGL libraries can be installed on PCS:

[root@pcs ~]# yum search mesa-libGL
