Installation of Chrome extension fails. Starting Chrome in debug mode allows to capture following output:

This behavior has been recognized as a bug by Google developers. You can find more details in Chronium bug tracker.
Until Chronium developers fix the bug you can apply following workaround:
Add additional partition to the container using following command:
C:\> vzctl partadd %ctid% --drive D: --size 1000000
Switch chrome data directory to D:\chrome-temp
It can be done by adding
--user-data-dir="D:\chrome-temp"option to Chrome shortcut..
