Unable to login to Plesk as a customer after CBM upgrade to 11.5:

Error: sso_message_audit_failed

The following error appears when trying to repair SSO configuration:

# /usr/share/plesk-billing/repair-integration --command=repair-all
Connecting the panel 'remote Panel name' to the SSO service....[ FAILED ]
ERROR: Registration of Plesk Panel in SSO failed with errors: (1037) Cannot request registration in Identity Provider


This is Plesk internal issue #PPPM-1510, which has been fixed in Plesk 11.5 microupdate #38.


Apply the latest Plesk microupdates.
