Unable to created Plesk backup:

     Error: "Not enough disk space for backing up data"

But there is enough free space for storing backup file.


This is an internal issue with ID #PPPM-1529, which is planned to be fixed in future product updates.


  1. For Plesk 12.0, download this file. For Plesk 10.2, download this file.

  2. Unzip the archive

  3. Create a backup of C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\lib\python\ file by copying it to different location or renaming it.

  4. Place unzipped file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\lib\python\ folder
