Web statistics are not calculated automatically. However, when running webstat utility manually using one of the following commands, web statistics are calculated correctly and are displayed in a browser in Domains > example.com > Web Statistics:

Web statistics are calculated by a Daily web statistics analyzers run task scheduled task that is missing or disabled.
In Windows, go to Task Scheduler > Task Scheduler Library and check that Plesk Scheduler Task - "Daily web statistics analyzers run task" exists.
If it is disabled, enable it.
If it does not exist, run the following command to create the task:
Webstat data is generated the following way in Plesk for Windows:
On the first step Daily Maintenance Script triggers
statistics.exe --calculate-oneutility. Plesk parses all statistic data and processes IIS logs in order to prepare it for web-statistic engine (Webalizer or AWstats). As a result, statistics data gets written to web*.log file in `C:\Inetpub\vhosts\example.com\logs\W3SVC folder.
- On the second step, Daily Web Statistics Analyzers Run Task triggers
web_statistics_executor.exeutility that processes all web***.log files, prepared on the first step. As a result, Webstat tool (AWstats or Webalizer) shows webstat data in a browser.
