vzkernel-firmware and vzmodules RPMs come together with each new vzkernel package, and they intentionally do not replace older packages to provide the ability to roll back to the previous kernels (exactly like the mainstream kernel packages behave).


Ignore these warnings or remove older vzkernel, vzkernel-firmware and vzmodules packages, if they are no longer required.
