The following error appears on an attempt to open any Customer & Business Manager component:

Failed to open the integration queue lock file '@@LIB_DIR@@/integration.lock'


Invalid libDirectory path is specified in the billing configuration file.


Please perform the following steps:

  1. Open "%plesk_dir%\billing\lib\lib-billing\include\config\config", find $CONF["libDirectory"] and make sure that the path is set to "%plesk_dir%\var\billing".

  2. Go to "%plesk_dir%\tmp\billing" and rename the config.cache file.
