The error occurs when we are logging to Plesk and creating an email account. If the first one works, it always fails on the second one.
We have applied fix /en/118961 but this did not fix the problem.

Make sure also that Plesk has access to SmarterMail service (the valid password is configured in "Tools & Settings" -> ServerComponents -> SmarterMail ). If you see the yellow icon as on the screenshot below it means that Plesk was not able to establish connection to SmarterMail.
Execute the command given below:
