Unable to login to Plesk interface with Customer & Business Manager and SSO enabled. The login page just continues to load or hangs. One of the following errors appears in %plesk_dir%\admin\logs\sso.log:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\sso\htdocs\base\main_handlers.php(25) error_handler] Script error [2] in C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\sso\htdocs\lib\pear\Net\Socket.php (147): fsockopen(): SSL: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

[11496][ERROR][:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\sso\htdocs\base\main_handlers.php(32) error_handler] Script error [8] in C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\sso\htdocs\lib\pear\Net\Socket.php (340): fwrite():

Where "[11496]" is PID of hung PHP-cgi process which consumes a lot of CPU resources. It is recommended to terminate this process because the size of "%plesk_dir%\admin\logs\sso.log" file will be extremely increasing (hundreds ob Mb per seconds).

The connection to Plesk on "" is failing.

  1. Add binding for the PleskControlPanel site.

    Open IIS > PleskControlPanel > Bindings and add: https 8443

  2. Ensure that is mapped to localhost in %WINDIR%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
