Website displays an "Internal error":

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP5\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly

  1. Some PHP module cannot be loaded.
  2. PHP is broken.

  1. Go to command line and make sure that PHP loads without any error with command php -m:

    `%plesk_dir%\Additional\PleskPHP5\php.exe -m`
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP5\ext\php_pdo_mysql.dll' - The specified module could not be found.
  2. If you see the error as above, make sure that mentioned file exists in %plesk_dir%\Additional\PleskPHP5\ext directory.

  3. If it is absent, disable the mentioned module (php_pdo_mysql.dll in our case) in php.ini.
