Connection to Business Manager Panel with Plesk admin password does not work due to wrong admin password. I cannot login from Plesk Control panel to Business Manager, I get error:

    Authentication failed: invalid username or password specified


Admin password is wrong in Billing database.


  1. Backup Billing database:

    mysqldump -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow ` billing >billing1.dump
  2. Set Plesk password in billing with command:

    /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/share/plesk-billing/update-admin.php --password ******

where ** is Plesk password. You may get Plesk password with command below:

    # /usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password
