Unable to start Service container (CTID 1), the following message appears:

[ 5249.725492] CT: 1: stopped
[ 5249.730968] CT: 1: failed to start with err=-2

Container configuration file contains empty IPTABLES option:

# grep IPTABLES /etc/vz/conf/1.conf

This issue is recognized as a product bug with internal ID #PSBM-27181.

The fix for this issue will be included in one of the future updates.

For now, as a workaround, comment out IPTABLES= line in configuration file of the 1st container using following command:

# sed -i 's/IPTABLES/#IPTABLES/g' /etc/vz/conf/1.conf

Container should be able to start with IPTABLES option commented out:

# grep IPTABLES /etc/vz/conf/1.conf
