Why Outgoing Mail Control management tool is not shown in Plesk GUI?


  1. Server component list was not re-read after Plesk upgrade.

  2. Feature is disabled on server-wide level.

  3. Installed Plesk licence does not include Outgoing Mail control feature.

  4. Mail server does not support such functionality (Merak).


  1. Go to Tools & Settings > Server Components and click the "refresh" button to refresh Plesk component list.

  2. Go to Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings to enable this feature.

  3. Check Server Management > Tools & Settings > License Management, and see if there is the line "Outgoing Mail Control On".

  4. Change mail server to another one.
