After installation/upgrade to Parallels Plesk 12.0.18 it is unavailable. The following error is displayed in the browser:

    404 Not Found

In the log /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log, the following error can be found:

[error] 17612#0: *49 "/usr/share/html/index.html" is not found (2: No such file or directory), client:, server: , request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", host: ""

The installation was started with --install-everything option:

# ./plesk-installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-id PLESK_12_0_18 --install-everything

This is a software issue #PPPM-1749, the --install-everything option delivers plesk-service-node-agent package that is a part of hidden component for PPA. This package installs /etc/sw-cp-server/conf.d/agent.conf that breaks Plesk sw-cp-server configuration.

In general, it is recommended to use --installation-type full option instead of --install-everything. The issue has already been fixed in the 7th Micro Update according to Plesk 12 Release Notes.
