PVC log C:\vzlog\%date%-vzlog.log grows rapidly, when "Parallels Virtuozzo Management Service" is stopped. It gets filled up with messages of the following kind:

{0000000000000000}; T=2014.04.26 02:50:44.310; A=prl_dsp_service; P=3328.3504; S=LPCLIB; F=build\4.6.490.0\sources\virtuozzo\vzwin\lib\lpclib3\lpc_client.c,LpcClientConnect,50; L=ERROR; R=df(223); C=0(0); M=223 [Parallels Virtuozzo Containers Management Service] Service 'Parallels Virtuozzo Containers Management Service' is not started

The issue is recognized a product bug with internal ID PCWIN-21398. The messages appear as a result of Parallels Dispatcher Service failures to connect to the Parallels Virtuozzo Management Service.

The problem will be fixed permanently in the future product updates.

As a workaround, if Parallels Dispatcher service is not used (i.e. the service is not a part of Parallels Cloud Infrastructure [PACI] environment), the component can be completely uninstalled:

1) If the version of Dispatacher is 153 (or newer), go to 'Add/Remove Programs' and uninstall 'Parallels Dispatcher' in the usual way.

2) If the version of Dispatcher is older:

1. Navigate to `C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\PVC updates\Parallels Virtuozzo Containers 4.6 update VZU460034\Install\VIRTUOZZO_MAIN_DIR_AMD64\BIN`.

2. Right-click `psbm-dispatcher-setup.msi`.

3. Click Uninstall.
